What a company ###!

I appogize if you feel that my posts are spam. I assure you that is not my intent. I am simply looking to connect with anyone who has had dealings with this company.

 

You're new, it's understandable. You'll get better responses if you start your own thread in this forum instead of digging up the old archives and attempting to talk with drivers that haven't been here in a long long time. Put the company name in the title so people know what the thread is about.

 

Unfortunately, knowing it's illegal and proving malicious intent are two different issues.

 

Whether the intent is malicious or not should have no bearing on the legality. It is either unlawful or not. They must be a very small company to remember their dealings with one driver. And they must consider those dealings to be exceptionally negative to go so far as to contact other carriers individually. This is one case where I'd love to hear Skyview's take.

 

There are a lot of threads about Skyview here on TTR. They must really be a piece of work.

 

There are some descent leasing companies out there. It is just extremely important to read contracts csrefully and research the company reputation beforehand.

 

Do a Google search for Phipps v. Skyview Farms. They haven't changed their practices since then from everything I've heard. What they did and are still doing to my fiancé is certainly testiment to that fact.

 

It wouldn't have bearing on legality but may initiate punitive measures stern enough to prevent future misrepresentation of facts.
