Not much today... :biggrin_25512: Delivered in Morristown, TN... then, headed to shipper in MS border with TN. They said I could park there overnight... So, I stopped for fuel, swept trailer and took a nice refreshing shower... Arrived at shipper and was told I could not park there overnight... :biggrin_2552:Ok... so, I dropped the trailer at dock# 9 and bobtail to their neighbor's yard right next to them. Trailer should be loaded by 7 or 8 am... So, I will check in then. This is where I am...

    Hey Rocks...
This may sound like a very dumb question , but how do you have your gps mounted there ?

Mine is on one of those little pads , but it bounces around and drives me absolutely crazy !!!!!

    Thanks ...

Not dumb at all... :biggrin_25512: First, I use a very strong heavy duty Velcro, not the one that came with the GPS... And apply it directly to the bottom side of the plate that supports and holds the GPS... A picture is better than a hundred words... so take a look...

You see the top of the dashboard? It has a lower corner where the bottom of the GPS fits well and it stays there. Then, I used some electrical tapes to hold it in place. It doesn't bounce at all... :biggrin_25512:

    Hey thanks !!!!!!!
My dash is like that too. When I go home this weekend I am gonna have to give this a shot.

Mine is on one of those like bean bag things and it bounces all over the place and pisses me off . One night I got sooo mad I knocked if off the dash and onto the floor. :biggrin_2559: then 200 miles down the road it started telling me to turn left , turn right . I darn near wreaked the truck to pick it up cause I thought I made a wrong turn :biggrin_25523:

    Rocks Thanks this.

Spent last night at the rest area at the 268 on 57 in Illinois. Stopped at the pilot at the 240 and tried my luck but it was already after 730 so of course they were double parked on the cat scale lol

I do but mine has a cord that plugs into the holder part . Most of the windsheild mount ones I have looked at I dont think will work.

Not to mention they are like $25 . And did I ever tell you how much of a cheap son of a ##### I am ?:biggrin_25523:
