Go with the mileage lease and get a new 680... might have to wait a few weeks. But if you don't want to own a truck, why buy one. And on the mileage you can go home more often since you don't have have a weekly payment...

You still have a payment regardless. You gotta avg 2230 mi a week over a 1 yr period or 116000 mi a year. Now if you go home to much there gonna charge you .25 mi for the miles you didnt get for that particular qtr. BecUse you had to much. Home time. There gonna get there money. And it keeps you from going home for 2 weeks at a time . So for act its a protection clause.

But 4 yr lease and 5yr 500,000 warranty hard to pass up

I don't know why somebody would lease a truck without the intent of finishing it and owning it. This week I ran 1022 miles and my gross is $3850 which is $3.82 a mile.

if owning a truck was my desire i would have bought one years ago. The reasons for wanting to lease op are to have more control of what/where i haul and to make the money i used to but not run as hard as i used to

Did you read what I posted? I ran 1022 miles and grossed $3850. Netted about $2900 and only worked 3 days. That is with a truck I own and don't make payments on and with loads I negotiated the rates on.

Had a bad humming noise in the coming from my truck Monday ,so ACT routed back to KC. We put the truck in the. KW shop they said clutch bearing was bad . So we put a clutch in the truck.

Get dispatched drove 300mi lost my tranny 2am in OKC . Dispatch got me on the hook in 30 min (awesome ).

Ok City KW says differential out ,but will investigate further to see what made it go bad so we can get a warranty claim if possible.

Saturday i call KW rearend bad caused diffential to go out. Warranty covered breathing easier now .

Now we sit and wait. In a good hotel in OK CITY. Called Biltmore 420 rooms 2 tennis courts .4 outdoor swimming pools 1 in door swimming pool. 5 bars. And i only found 3 so far. A sauna whirlpool, puting course, off track betting room, fittness trail(long hallways to the bars). And a 21000 sq ft convention center. This place is unreal. All for 49.99 a day. Facility also has 2 large court yards . And the hotel is very pet friendly

Yes i did, i figured you have you own authority and don't work at ACT, to make that much per mile. i am glad you are happy but that is not my desire at this time.
