On sum of my settlements I see X miles @.16 solo and X miles @.2 cd loaded.. [ on this its only adding up to .18cpm] on another I see X miles @ .38 loaded .2 loaded and then .16 non taxable [ this is confusing to me

I suppose it seems complicated to me because with other companies I've worked for it was simple... it just had loaded and empty miles x the cpm.
First place I worked I was at .43cpm 2nd place was sliding scale from 34-40 Cpm and before I took this job I was offer .39 as well as Schneider was offering the same .39 ... I only went with sni because the bonus was bigger.... I'm starting to feel like I've been bamboozled .... but I still like that sni has doesn't options -
I've been here almost a year and I still am having problems with my pay. In 10 years of driving, I have never had to baby sit my pay like I do here. Thanks for the screen shots of the payscale, Moosc! Nice to see how I've been getting hosed for the past year. They told me that .36 was the highest you could start at.
