Thanks, hope you got moved OK. Took a nap behind a Goselin truck parked going into the N/B rest area at Coburg last night. Cool that you guys get out of Nor Cal once in a while.LostOne9 Thanks this.

That's about what I've been averaging, not enough in my opinion but it will work for now
-
Yea I've gone as far as Vancouver, and we do go to SoCal occasionally and I hear we go to Nevada.
yea we are all moved in but the wife is spending more time at the beach than unpacking
i guess it's miss or hit with that scale, when you really want him closed he'll be open -
I saw you boardhauler heading north, tried to grab you on the cb but my volume was all the way down
-
I still haven't gotten my 2-way in this thing. Trying to work on the exterior til it rains, then I'll do the inverter, CB & some other interior mods I've dreamed up.
Unless my lender will let me trade it for a 379 w/a 550HP C-15.......................fargonaz Thanks this. -
that would be nice, really nice
fargonaz Thanks this. -
I so miss running the coast. I used to load at Fox Farm every monday morning. I'd leave redding around 9pm and have an absolute blast running 299 over to Samoa at night. Load monday and deliver wednesday in denver, reload for redding and have the weekend off. Sometimes I'd load at Aurora Innovations in Eugene and take that to Honeydew Through the redwoods and on a one lane road with switchbacks. Now that's trucking! Then head to Willits and load dirt for Hayfork and run 36 to Highway 3. Loved that road as long as I was all alone. That single lane sections was a bit hairy taking up the whole road on blind curves Still though, I'd rather be running the backroads and going to all the "gardens" than running up and down I-5.
I've been lurking on this thread for awhile I'm a bit jealous of you guys that get to run 101 and the coast Really miss it (besides the 299 construction!)double yellow, LostOne9 and fargonaz Thank this. -
So we got bought by customer truck service. No real big changes. No more bonus. But a raise in pay. Doesn't really have a family atmosphere anymore, and you feel tension in the office. So we shall see how this plays out.
