Is the availability of the supercore any better than the 318883.

Sulltran - it lights it well with the stock injectors and the 1:45. However you running the stock 6ts injectors and a box I'd say leave the 1:60 on a 15.8. But it less than $400 to try one

Smokin Cat - availability is better but cost is not. But it has some neat features and you chose your turbine housing from the get go.

On a street truck I still like the acert twins the best

I am looking into a turbo that is similar to the LP acert turbo, but would have a normal compressor cover and a 1.15 wastegated exhaust housing, I think it would be a good fit as a single on regular C15s.

    Sulltran,
im entertaining the thought of going ahead and installing bigger injectors. I was thinking the 59's is what i will need to get the hp levels im after but i have been having trouble tracking down information on here since the new rules and some of my go to gurus are no longer here! I havnt priced any injectors. Do u know about what they cost and do u think i should run 59's or go with 58's and "that which cannot be named?!"

The 58s burn pretty clean. The 59s will smoke like a freight train.
    58s are 25% over stock
    59s are 50% over stock
    100 - 125hp for 58s
    200 - 250 hp for 59s
If you don't need injectors anyway ,I would just approach it from the electronic side. 10-4.

I think you would be happy without the injectors if you don't need to replace them anyhow. If you are doing injectors anyway....the 58 s are same money as 57s and they will take the 57s back as cores for 58s.
I'm running bone stock 600 brakesaver file with stock injector codes. Only added fueling comes from injectors as I don't generally have the pitts box on. You don't really need any more.
IMO get your electronics situated and ride.

PM me if you need to

    Bigcat'00 Thanks this.
