CDLIS will catch you. You already broke one law and you are looking to break another? Face the music and get things straighten out or they'll only get worse. The whole reason for the background checks is to catch these situations, but today everything is computerized and linked nationally.
You better lawyer up. Reckless driving they might make an example out of a CDL driver. 133 is a little over the top. You have to get rid of that wild hair and become responsible.
Get caught driving a CMV while suspended will buy you another year of loss of your license and up to a $2500 fine. Not to mention a night in the pokie.
possible cdl suspension

Not sure what's dumber -- going 133 or pulling over afterwards
Balakov100, blairandgretchen, Wallhack and 5 others Thank this. -
Hire the best lawyer you can. He or she will talk them down to a plea bargain of probably a speed less than 100mph and probably give you a restricted license and a possibility to take classes or something.

Shaggy and Balakov100 Thank this.

Other states no doubt about it.blairandgretchen Thanks this. -
This shouldn't read "possible CDL suspension". That's a given. It should read "possible jail sentence".
