Lipstick and a pig that is a scary thought woo wee. I am beat down, I have worked on my the red and black truck all day. Put a transmission in due to my lube pump locking up, and put new shorter miter cut stacks on it. Need to be lower than 13'6" pulling a grain wagon, maybe 11'3 or so will get me by.

Knew I wouldn't be worth a #### this morning after spending the night taking a sleep study that my insurance required so they will keep paying for it. I'm pretty sure I failed spectacularly considering about 3 hours in they hooked me up to the cpap.
Now headed over to the ex's. I thought the honey do list was supposed to end after divorce...I think I have sucker tattooed on my foreheadOPUS 7 Thanks this. -
you get a free pass if the ex still has your kids at home
or she is an ex with benefits
but if not your first thought was correct
sleep study for me was a joke it has been 30 years since i slept more then 5 -6 hours
and get up at 3 am every dayFatDaddy Thanks this. -
Kids at home.
The benefits....well...I won't deny it went there a time or two but it is t something either one of us are interested in any longer
the bad part is that the kids aren't even home. They are spending the month of July with my parents in South Jersey (us Jersey natives always separate ourselves from the cesspool above Trenton)Cranky Yankee Thanks this. -

Today was a slow day... Stopped at FJ in Northfield, MN for fuel and a shower...
And got the best parking spot!
Was going to park at another truck stop a little more further north and leave early in the morning and face the freaking traffic jam...
But after numerous consultations with my gut feeling, and making plans B and C, I decided to take the risk and try to park at receiver without knowing if that would be allowed or not...
And... my gut feeling was RIGHT!
The place was wide open, all gates open and some construction workers working there. So, I parked at the yard and walked around... Soon I saw someone leaving and asked them if it was ok to park there overnight. The gentleman was very nice and drove me around the big building and showed me where to park...
I am blessed!!! This place is very quiet... Here I am...
Conveniently parked at dock 77... Nothing to my left...
A trailer to my right...
All windows open, nice breeze coming inside the truck...
Did my cooking, paperwork... will have my meal soon and will sleep good tonight... I am soooo glad I followed my gut feeling and came here...
