    About to leave the Pilot in Effingham, IL for the run back to Houston. They already backed me up with a paper load from Buna to Chicago. No rest for the wicked this week.

    Here at my favorite hotel in Goodyear. Pick up in morning and on my way to El Paso. Then get another short one for Wednesday. Got a nice offer from Command yesterday and before had a chance to call in, already snapped up. It was 10K from PHX to Tampa. Del on Friday.

    I didn't quite have the time on my 70 to deliver this load today so the DM I had called in Fontana set up a t-call here in Willows.
    I'm glad to be done with it.

    vir is still on my qc and I used it earlier

    the one thing I dislike is the "load" tab, hate having to do my calls and then having to go in there and doing it again.

    Well, we had to write that info on the paper logs as well.
    Same thing.

    My VIR is still there too.
    I really wish they would get rid of either the VIR or the mac 32. It's a pain having to do both.

    Shut down with 0 minutes left on my 70. That's timing!

    They stacked me 3 deep in pplans, the final one going to Tracy, CA.
    I accepted the first 2 and declined the 3rd siting home time, then I started driving again.
    About a minute later (as I was just pulling out of the parking lot) I get another pplan that is headed to NY, with a t-call at Inver Grove for my home time.
    I'm really wondering how they responded so quickly after I declined that last one, with a t-call already figured in.

    I accepted it without really looking that closely at the info, and of course they don't allow enough time for anything.
    Pick up 168 miles from my last delivery - 2 hours after I'll be done with it.
    Deliver to IGH by 0345 on the 20th when I'm running on recap, and one day only has ~6 hours. I'll get it there on the 20th - sometime or another.
    It has until 1145 on the 23rd to deliver in NY, which should be around 1100 miles from IGH. Plenty of time even for a solo driver.

    Here in Lordsburg, NM. Was planning on going to Demming, but looking at the weather ahead of me and only 12K in the box, think best to stop here. As far as VIR, I have only been doing MAC 32 for as long as I can remember.

    shipper in colony wy got me loaded in about half hour. real quick. used their scale and was not heavy on tandems at all,so skipped paying for it lol. drove 612 mile here to the flying j in avoca ia (i-80 x40) for the nite. no way i could make it to my fuelstop in des moines ia. no issues today except for that steady 20-25 mph crosswind. had it all the way here from rapid city sd
