Well made it to indy and was welcomed by a heavy storm. Oh well about to hit up the golden corral and then call it a night. 0500 will come early and don't wanna be dragging ### on the first day. I'll let you all know how it goes as I get closer to joining you all on the road.

Day one down. Surprised my blood pressure was as low as it was. That's the only thing that had me worried. Studied up on shifting and coupling the Schneider way. Going to have to get used to the straight 10 as I have only driven super 10 though I didn't like it that well. Prolly cause the tranny was wore out from all the grinding from people not knowing how to shift so the splitter took forever to shift. Its amazing, there are 6 of the 26 drivers here that are switching from cr england. And to think they had a slight chance of me going with them. So far I'm pleased and happy I chose Schneider. Anyways time to hit the rack so tomorrow we actually get in the trucks and drive and do skills.

Cr must really not care for their drivers. Some of the stories I have heard have been unreal but they could be just UNREAL to cover their sorry work history they have. Will let you all know the quality that will be hitting the fleet once actually seeing them perform.

Well today didn't go as bad as I thought. I was a lil rusty on the shifting but coming from a super to straight 10 didn't do too bad. Also gotta get used to the 53 footers cause all we pulled in Clas was 48. Also it looked like they were filling in the pot holes in the OC today so it should be a lil smoother for y'all the next time y'all come through. Well tomorrow is more driving and we actually get to start backing and coupling as well as we only saw the demonstration today. Well like always I'll update more as it happens.

On a more serious note: Welcome to Schneider and don't drink too much of the Orange Kool aid.

Yeah it looks mainly around the maintenance shop but I haven't seen much of the rest other then in and out the gate but it's not too bad.
