I was a bit surprised by this article also, dennisroc. Where does all of this stuff end? It didn't say where this took place but did say that it was one of those areas never meant to handle the trucks of today and that rolling the curb was a common occurrence for trucks making deliveries there. My guess is that it will settle out of court and be one more thing that makes a driver vulnerable to folks that want to scam the system.

I want to sue somebody. Might put a kill switch in my car for the brake lights and when a mercedes gets behind me hit the kill switch and stop short. LOL Seen that on the old show Wings. Anyone remember that show or am I just getting old?

 

I did some snooping around and found out that this was in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. I kinda figured it was somewhere in the northeast.

Oh no , I drive a Mercedes. I need to keep a lookout for you. Mine is insured , lets do it haha. Brakes failed on the Benz lets sue them for a gazillions dollars and split it 50/50 Then we will go to McDonalds and spill,hot coffee on ourselves and slip on the floor on the way out $$$$$$$$$$$$$
