Well It's Monday. Was getting around and had my first cup of coffee and I call the office in Ga.
The man I deal with there had a death in the family last week and I wanted to express my condolences.
He then says are you ready for work, Yep and I want to talk to you about a ld in Co..
Then he says hold the phone...
We have an issue and need you to do a repower.. I'm like huh? Did he break down / quit/ or get fired.
I'll send you an email on the issue.. I'm thinking that's not good..
Ok, bobtail up to Marshfield,Wi.. and grab this trl. number and it goes to St. Paul, Mn..
I said and then.. Well if you like the trl. you can keep it. I'm like ok is it a hyd. or mech. neck. Mech. was his reply.. Nope I'll keep the trl. I got. Ok no problem will pay you to tkae the trl. to the yard in Rock Island.. Ok.
Well it seems like this poor guygot his trk. repo'ed Sat. night..
Yep he went home. Now he lded. west of St. Louis, Mo. to up to St. Paul, Mn..
He kinda took the long way there.
Now with my trk. and this trl. I'm 5k over gross. So now I have to wait for a permit. to finish this trip..
I was really feeling sad for this guy untill I got some more info on his track record.. Not saying any more.
So when I get there, he does bring the bills and is kinda unlding on me.
I said look, I'm just doing what they asked me to do and I'm sorry about what happened..
Checking out the trl. I see the flip axle frame is bent on the outer rails.. Great. Take pics and send them in..
Do not know what he backed into hard, but the flip outer frame is bent. Hole in the floor and other issues.
    Glad this ld. is light

Got email load offer from you old mothership for a load tomorrow to Albuquerque.

Sent them my price, should be interesting to see if they take it as it was not close to their offered rate.

Yea, that might be. Some times they have come up on some lds.
I was going to call on the one you sent me, but like I posted got conned into this deal..
This freakn trl. has a 34' well and it's also a stretch. With the flip neck up and the flip down it's 58' long. Makes me 81' long

When we bobtailed up we went by the world head quarters of Pape and Son's. Went near Jumbo's house and will be sneaking into MJ's back yard. I better watch for the young one to see if he ventures into the big city with his grain wagon. lol

    MJ1657 Thanks this.

It must be an XL. Hope they are paying you for all the running around. You got your rig moves coming up soon?

I have to be in town Friday at noon to go to my house closing, so so far in July I have made, as my wife pointed out, exactly zero dollars. So the last 10 days of July better be terrific.

Oh yea, I'm getting taken care of for doing this little deal..
I think I know who is going to pay for all this running around and I bet he is going to be one P.O.ed former O/O when he gets his final settlement. He was complaining to me they shut his card off this morning..

No I will just have to sponge off the wife. After all, she is headed to Mexico without me in Sept, a nurses trip - no husbands.
