No husbands in Mexico, nurses trip.. Right. haha.
Well the weird thing about this guy was last week the term. manager was talking about this guy from Wi. that was using the jo dog and trying to be a seven axle H.H. guy.
On 3 different lds. just for that term. he was late picking up the lds. and had a major service failure with J.D. had a week to get to Wa. state and it took him 10 days. Plus he gave bogus check calls.. -
Found out today, same guy..

Sounds like its good he is out then

No self respect, I don't get it. Just do what you say you are going to do and speak up if there is a problem.

I've seen so many guys do that, telling the company they are xx miles further down the road than they are, and it always seems to come back and bite them in the ###.
The thing that really gets me is when they expect me to lie to cover for them, and then get mad when I don't do it.
Company I used to run for we had a guy like that, he was always trying to super trucker it to make everyone think he was running 16-18000 miles a month, he drove everywhere at 80 mph, and thought he was cool for it.
The funny thing is driving so fast he would wear himself out and he would have to constantly take breaks, where id run the speed limit and wind up passing him while he was stopped. Because we ran the same loads a lot our dispatcher would call me to ask if I had seen him, and most of the time id have to tell them when and where I saw him parked, which was usually 100-200 miles from where he was claiming he was.
I think one of the funniest ones though was when he and I were sitting in the diner out at Jubitz in Portland eating breakfast, dispatcher called him and asked where he was, he told them that he was sitting on the Washington side of the bridge from Biggs Junction (which was one of his favorite places to sleep)
Then our dispatcher called me, asked me where I was, I told her Jubitz, she asked me if I had seen him, I said "Yeah he is sitting across the table from me eating breakfast" she replied "Figures"
He got all pissy with me for it, tore off out of there in his truck, funny thing was we were delivering the same place in Billings, I beat him there to unload by 3 hours.TripleSix, passingthru69 and milskired Thank this. -
Rule Number One in the Book of Man. Want to call yourself a man? Do what you say you're going to do. There's nothing more shameful than using grandiose words describing your prowess and then later on giving weak excuses for failure.bergy and RenegadeTrucker Thank this.
