I believe it. I was the only truck there and it still took 3 hrs to load. I was lucky and still had a lot of time on my clock. I was trying to make it to the rest stop on x 60 on I5 but construction and a broke down truck on the grapevine killed me.

 

So I was informed by my instructor today that I will likely be testing August 1st insted of July 25th. I'm not happy, but it's all on the State. They don't want to send an examiner over here. Screw us, i guess.

Anyway, if it ends up I test on the 1st i'll be down for the class starting the 4th.

 

well back out on the road again. picked up at california steel in fontana like last time i got off hometime, 2 coils. drop is in kansas by friday morning. staying the night at a rest area in utah. thunder and lightning right now...whats new? give me the #### sun

nice 1600 miles to start, hope friday keeps me rollin thru the weekend. met 2 drivers in fontana when i was there, one new guy and another thats on his 7th year with melton.

 

Still sitting at home! Guess I'll get the truck cleaned up tomorrow and head out Thursday morning. Need to make some money!

 

So, got the test date today. It's tuesday! So if all goes well I'll see some of you (maybe) a week from monday.

 

A 800 del and then a 1400 p/u. Really I need to know u I have made mad.

 

question, how often do you guys go home?
and how many days do you take off?

ive been home twice since i started and each time im on the road for 8 weeks before i am finally home.

i deliver tomorrow mornin at 8, not sure after but i hope it keeps me busy. probably 50 miles from kansas city
