    You can do alot with a plate #, date & time. That's the basis of what I always needed to catch somebody, and wrap up a police issue. Unless they're smart enough to change the plate 15minutes later, but most aren't.

    Well I finished school yesterday. Now I just have 3 day orientation next week. I'm looking foreword to finding out who my trainer is going to be. The school was great. Now I just want to get thru the trainer part. I have been most nervous about this part from the beginning
