Yes. I was running in and out of a gravel pit that requires all drivers to have a CB and to monitor channel 29. Part of their safety protocol.

Never been kicked off property for it but have been to a mine and active construction sites where security check if you had one and it was working at the time. In various parts of the mine there were signs stating what channel you had to be on to communicate in that area. In the construction site it was need to communicate with the cranes on positioning and key personnel on the ground helping with off load.

Every truck driver should have a cb
aimhigh, SHO-TYME, Kickstand-117 and 3 others Thank this. -
No, but I've wanted to kick some "off the property" for yapping on 10 Meters!

(Without the proper license, of course!)

Next, you're going to say the radios have to be plugged in, turned on, and on ch 19.poppapump1332 Thanks this.

I'll take it a step further. Not only should all trucks do the above but all trucks should also run at least a 2 pill.
-
I would laugh at them, and gladly leave.
That's a place I don't want to be anyway.
I do have a CB, but when customer asks.. It's always broken. -
And I'll take it a third....said radios should also have echo cranked to the max so no one can understand you, and should have 2 noise toys installed so you can piss off everyone on the radio. lololololol

Now let's not go crazy.
