Probably a bad card reader not catching your FF card numbers. You can get reprints of your receipts at the kiosk and have the cashier add the points and shower credits.

 

Always run in and print the receipt of the kiosk. If your points and shower aren't there they will add it on for you. And get a new card

It must have been the card reader at the pump because the last place I used it worked. And also showed up in like 5 minutes when I checked on the android app . Thats how I keep track of my points and showers .

 

i have enough to worry about with my last 5 brain cells
then worry about shower credits
i always seem to have 3-4
i must stay dirty

and the big mistake I made was getting my wife her own card
so she is always stealing my points

Going to bed shortly cause will start driving around midnight... Oh... I like those midnight runs... all night long... Trying to avoid freaking traffic... gotta save my recycling hrs... will park at customer in MA tomorrow and wait for delivery on Monday morning... then, gotta go to Southeast PA for reload and deliver nearby and will have only about 6 hrs available from my 70 then... And this freaking Peoplenet elog that is VERY S-L-O-W and very user unfriendly...

 

Ohhh no... FJ doesn't want any more issues... they have enough already...
