Two silly things I currently have in my truck:
1) A camouflage patterned flashlight (great design to make something you need in the dark difficult to see).
2) A switch turning off the power to my mini fridge on the bunk control panel (great design to put a switch that can turn off the fridge on the panel that I will likely paw at in the dark, right next to the light switch).

Enquiring minds want to know, after you hugged him, did you look soulfully into his eyes and start singing, "and that ain't what it takes to love me, "??? LOLdennisroc, HometimeQueen and jungHo Thank this. -
Here's a question, for all of us who predate FB. How in the heck, did we ever air our dirty laundry, for all.the world to.see? Some of the stuff I see posted on.there, amazes the heck out of me.
jaso36, wulfman75, dennisroc and 1 other person Thank this. -
Well if you don't include Myspace then it would be we actually called ppl on the phone or when we were hanging out with our friends.
Panhandle flash and dennisroc Thank this. -
Old wash women were the best gossips and always started out with lines like" I don't want to say anything but ..." I only know because My Grandma would watch me and I would see her friends gossip about people in the neighborhood.
How did we even communicate before the internet. When the street lights when on I knew to go home. Or our friends loudest mom called out for him we knew we had to go home. I remember eating whatever my parents cooked and if we didn't like it tough go hungry sooner or later you would eat. 2 keys for cars and the only phone we had was in the kitchen attached to the wall. Remember rotary phones if you had a friend with either a 0 or 9 in their number it was just easier to go to their house. LOL. Thought some of that might make you guys laugh.
HTQ yes it is blue tree(treq) still just some updates.
SRQGHOST if you do decide to come over to Trans Am call me and we will see if I can train you. I should be here till April/May. I do not sugarcoat anything so you know what you need to work on and I will help you in anyway I can. That goes for dennisroc too or anyone else on here that is thinking about coming on board. Just have to let me know.

HTQ, still haven't gotten the truck in to check for exhaust leaks but the headaches are hit or miss. Pretty sure it's just my regular migraines.
I'm in Union City demanding a swap. They haven't aggravated me enough yet to get into dramatics, but I'm sure there will be interesting messages sent later.
Sad to say my best friend is finally quitting, but he has good reasons. I definitely plan to go out to PA and visit him.
Dennis, we use the Blue Tree satellite system. Very user friendly and your employee handbook has an entire section devoted to how to use it!dennisroc and HometimeQueen Thank this. -
I'll let George tell of his experiences since stopping at West Memphis last night. HTQ, place his pin again on Montgomery, AL and Atlanta, GA, please Ma'am.

Lots of things can happen In West Memphis. Gotta keep an eye open at all times.
HometimeQueen Thanks this. -
Oh, it isn't anything adverse or that happened there per say. Dealt with DM/dispatch and changes. I just don't want to steal George's thunder. He should be shutting down for the night before long and will hopefully hop on here.
HometimeQueen Thanks this.
