The best team mate is one that knows what he's doing, doesn't talk too much, and doesn't get into your business. They are out there but hard to find.

 

LOL Isnt that true of most truckers? Besides the sociopaths aren't the ones you should be worrying about. Its the ones with the death wish you should reconsider.

 

Yeah like my teammate. He is a sociopath and has a deathwish. Double whammy 2 for 1 combo aren't i lucky. He likes to fly down the highway as fast as he can while i am sleeping. I often find myself part sleeping, and part praying for my life.

 

Garner seems like a good company from what little has been posted on here. there's another thread going on them but rarely is updated. The lady that started it went to the 4on 4 off fleet.

 

I am not a Pollyanna about new drivers, but it does sound like you have both a good attitude and a good trainer.
