Parked Here for the Night

Going good. Think this will be my last trip (OTR) for awhile. I interview Thursday, and see what happens. Parked at the Xpress global in Aurora, CO got here at 12, but they can't unload it till the morning. They said I could drop but my company said stay hooked. Back quiet till next time. Hope you are enjoying that home time TEAM duo.

This newbie grain hauler is still at home, its my 40th so I'm not firing up the ol CAT till morning. Gotta run up to Caruthersville Mo and get a load of corn then head for a feed mill in Hot Springs. My truck was accosted there last time there is a pretty funny story on here some where about it.

Parked at the Love's in West Memphis. Dropped my loaded trailer at Seimens in Southaven and picked up an empty. Repowering a load headed for Scranton. Driver says his eta is 2am.

Didn't know about the repower until the other driver called me. Nice one dispatch!

Not that it affected my trip, I wasn't going to get a load out until tomorrow anyways.

 

I'm being punished! I know I am! Did a 3 stop in northern NJ then reloaded in Port Newark. Currently enjoying some leisure time at the TA in Bloomsbury. Gonna fire things off about 0300 and boogie back south. Y'all keep the shiny side up!
