The aunt's surgery seemed to go well and eye was not lost. Yea. Am 600 miles away from where I started. Am not sure about this place I'm delivering to. Has 2 coolers that I can see and both are cooled by units taken off a trailer. Ought to be interesting. Nice peoplemtho, allowing me to park on there property AND..... they'll have the coffee ready inn the am. Whoot whoot

A couple in their nineties are both having problems remembering things. During a checkup, the doctor tells them that they're physically okay, but they might want to start writing things down to help them remember. Later that night, while watching TV, the old man gets up from his chair. "Want anything while I'm in the kitchen?" he asks. "Will you get me a bowl of ice cream?" "Sure." "Don't you think you should write it down so you can remember it?" she asks. "No, I can remember it." "Well, I'd like some strawberries on top, too. Maybe you should write it down, so's not to forget it?" He says, "I can remember that. You want a bowl of ice cream with strawberries."
"I'd also like whipped cream. I'm certain you'll forget that, write it down?" she asks. Irritated, he says, "I don't need to write it down, I can remember it! Ice cream with strawberries and whipped cream - I got it, for goodness sake!" Then he toddles into the kitchen. After about 20 minutes, the old man returns from the kitchen and hands his wife a plate of bacon and eggs. She stares at the plate for a moment. "Where's my toast ?" -

Dunno if the pic will work, but that's one of the most recent ones right after I dyed it at home. At the moment though it's a mix of blonde, blue, and purple! I've had chameleon head for a couple months now LOL. -
Does TransAm still deliver here? The King always liked delivering here. They were polite and driver friendly, all around pleasant experience.
Workers of supermarket chain Market Basket are protesting at the company's 71 New England locations after the board fired longtime CEO Arthur T. Demoulas. Demoulas is adored by employees because he believes in treating them well by providing solid benefits and a profit sharing plan. Thousands of people protested at the company's headquarters in Massachusetts on Monday after the company also fired lifelong employees for demanding the CEOs return. Communities across New England are electrified as workers are joined by shoppers and community supporters. Store shelves are going empty because truckers refuse to make deliveries. -
Could not see picture ??? My hair was brown , then brown and gray and now just gray , Lol

I got a swap in TN going to central MO, I figured they would dispatch me to Olathe after the delivery to turn in this new 680. However, got a load assignment at a meat plant in central Iowa going back to TN. Seems they may let me run in this 680 for awhile.
I am getting more used to this 680 and a bit settled in, so I like it more. I don't like the way it handles. I do like the 65mph governor over the 62. However the steer axle is heavy. I have had to limit fuel intake on my first two loads to keep under 12,500. It is rated for 12,500 but I would prefer something 12,000 or under. All of my other trucks ran more around 11,500.
Right now I feel indifferent if I keep this truck or get called in to change out for a T-700.
Bedtime, nighty night all.dennisroc and HometimeQueen Thank this. -
Dennis, I have no clue how to post pics from my phone then! The pic pops up for me if I clock the link but I dunno how to just make it show up.
Passport, that steer axle is always going to be heavy. I've run up to 12980 on the steers. "Light" for me is 12400. I don't often pull that. I'm usually around 12600. TransAm is aware of this and we can take em up to 13k on the steers. I had the whole runaround when they first came out and a lot of drivers said the same thing. And don't be surprised if you end up staying in that truck. Wouldn't be the first company driver I've heard of in a 680 ((not counting the guy with the test truck either))passport220 and dennisroc Thank this.
