West Virginia always gives me the creeps. There are some weeeeeird people here!!!

 

Doing better now ....it just takes a little longer as you get older. The worst part of it is I had to hang up my high heels! I can't make it down the hall without turning around and changing shoes!

 

They are people that have moved there from out of state! That is chemical valley up there and many folks moved there for employment. It's a bad place to live. Don't drink the water!

 

Oh ....and my folks live in Florida about 6 months out of the year!

 

Be careful at Donner Pass. BTW, how old is your son? It's nice he is able to ride with you!

 

Yeah, I hear people in WV are weird, although, that isn't true of all of them. I have a friend living there who is quite sane. She probably questions that somewhat lately, though: poor thing, at about 56 years old, she broke her femur, was in the hospital about 3 weeks, then rehab facility (another wing of hosp) another week or two. She's home but has to go to a place for PT for a few weeks still.

I will say WV is beautiful country!!!! Hope you manage through the night and don't have to go to that truck stop anytime soon, Honeybadger.

 

Thanks again to you, Honeybadger. Sunshine Mills went well. The wind must have been blowing in the other direction. The smell wasn't bad at all. The meat packers we deal with are far worse in my opinion. Got there 70 minutes early. Got up at 3am, pre tripped fueled, got a trailer washout and on the road at 4. Had a fuel stop added in Birmingham of all places. That and Atlanta make me sick with their mandatory bypass routes. Thought this was a free country! Finally got out of Dogfood World at noon. Made it to the Flying J at West Memphis by 330, fueled again and parked it. Thank God dispatch changed my appointment time from 8am to 9pm. But, I'll get going at sunup so I can park by or before dinner time. All is well. Got Safety Cam top pefromers of the week third week in a row. Take that Scott (safety director at Abilene)! Onto Duncan OK Family Dollar DC in a while. Deuces.

 

Currently unloading in ohio at mejgr. After this I am swapping a load and heading to new jersey. I hope its not bad like boston. Anyway everyone take care. Also geroge this my 2 week getting the drive cam top performer.
