Parked Here for the Night

Camped out at the Petro in Scranton, PA. My delivery is on the other side of town.

 

Parked in South San Fransisco. Have a "going home load" 8am tomorrow from here to Torrence ca

 

It's back to the grindstone and already out the gates I was 15 min late for my appt this morning. (Hint to dispatch, if you want me to start 15 minutes earlier, call me. I'm flexible like that). But the good news was, I check in and the lady says I am early, like 2 hrs early. So it's a win-win, right? I dunno, two hours in the door, you be the judge.

With the slow loading, I started my day/week two hours later than usual. Did I tell you, I picked up literally two doors down from where I park my truck for my time off? So, starting the elog didn't happen until 10 or so.

And I ended up my day at the HOW/DEA in Belgium, WI.

Pulled the brakes at White's in Raphine. Dropped in Baltimore this morning, loaded back for Al. Drop tomorrow then call it a session. Looking forward to my next adventure! Haven't seen anything from Lady K in a while. Wonder how their new venture is coming along? Anywho y'all keep the shiny side up and don't do nothin I wouldn't do! Check ya later!

Has anyone noticed that traffic has been a bit more frustrating than usual these last couple of days or is it just me?

 

I had forgotten how much I HATE the traffic in that I-95 in the northeast... and today my memory was refreshed... I TOTALLY ABSOLUTELY HATE I-95 specially from CT to MD... and that I-495 in MD and that freaking I-66 from MD to VA...

Didn't stay long at the delivery event this morning... as soon as my trailer was unloaded, rep released me and I rushed out of there at 8:30 am central time... the other co. truck stayed there for media pics and all...

Now I am parked at this big, totally dark and empty parking lot at this empty warehouse that looks abandoned.. but there will be folks here tomorrow and I will pick up... I am in the middle of nowhere in VA.... interned signal is pretty bad... having my dinner and will go to bed shortly...
