You are spot on man. My teammate is a lowlife in every sense of the word and i am pretty sure he would check out by a psychologist as a certified sociopath. It took me two months to really see it. I mean i noticed some things here and there along the way but it took me this long to get to the point where i can say that i know him, hate him, and will not run with him any more. He is out for a few weeks or so because he broke his ankle and in the meantime i am running solo and will soon team up with another guy temporarily. If i like this guy im just going to tell my boss keep me there.
I left my trainer

The civil right movement in the 1950's and 1960's made segregation illegal, people fought hard in the past for equal treatment, and not segregating is one of the ways to promote learning about other cultures, tolerance, and promotes less racism in our country. People in the past fought for so many things we take for granted, what if companies only hired 1 race of people how would you feel then.(oh wait this actually happened in the past!)kachup Thanks this.

Honestly, Just American would be nice.

Maybe one day in a truck doesn't but think of it as a date, you should know if you want another one by the end of the day. Well he is entitled being an owner of a small business to run his business how he wants, but if everyone in the past thought the way he did he would not be able to be a business owner.

I'm lucky grew up around trucks so was driving a spare rig to high school on rainy days instead of my motorcycle. My dad had 4 trucks but always one sitting. I was able to get my cdl on my 18 the birthday.,stared driving for my dad next day became owner op 4 years later. Trucking was way different now you got 100 trucks competing for 10 loads.
Chinatown Thanks this. -
Oh, get off your moral high-horse. The man figured out what works best to promote some kind of harmony to get the job done with the fewest problems and you turn it into a racial-equality crusade. It's not some perceived injustice, it's business. Quit throwing the race card out there and save it for a real problem.HotH2o, GenericUserName, Big Don and 4 others Thank this.

And you know it would be.
Anyway, back to the original topic. I think the OP did the right thing. No one should have to endure that kind of treatment and the OP showed more restraint than I probably would have.bergy, Chinatown and ChefBrianN Thank this. -
People thought having other people in chains worked best too.

Oh, for the love of Mike. Okay, Don Quixote, resume tilting at your windmills.Chinatown, ChefBrianN and HotH2o Thank this.
