I am new here. and do not understand what do you point out. i just started working with the company and i am happy for now. i want to see what other people say...... is it a problem with you?
-
We don't see a problem! If it looks like, STINKS like it must be a head hunter! I have to agree with UK.
$4,000 grand a week? (possible out of the gate), Approved in 24 hours? That's not enough time for the ink to dry or the pee in the bottle to cool down! Maybe back in the 80's when everything was just a phone call and a hand shake. But in todays Lawyer/Insurance driven society its not happening -
This thread is in the Landstar sub-forum and is about Landstar. Why are you in here plugging a different company?
The question posed was how long does it take to get approved by Landstar, not the company you are trying to plug. Landstar is know to be very picky and take some time to process applications.
If you think *spam removed* is so good start your own thread in the Motor Carrier Questions - The Inside Scoop forum section to discuss it and stop spamming another forum.Last edited by a moderator: Mar 7, 2017
freightlinerman and vikedog Thank this. -
Landstar will ask when and where you want to go to orentation. So if you think your current boss will can you as soon as he finds out, pick the soonest date and just take off as soon as they say your good to go. You can start pulling loads as soon as orentation is over and you get a trailer.

I'm going to Rockford IL more then likely. I'm going to start out pulling a box so it shouldn't be hard to find me one of those in this area.
I did call them this week and gave them the ok to contact my current employer. The great thing is my boss can fire me for this but since I am a teamster currently, filing a grievance and getting him into some serious trouble is what I would do just to make his blood boil.... -
You'll like Rockford not a bad place to spend the weekend. Plenty of parking, great people up there and there are some really good restaurant's in the area
milskired Thanks this.
