That's why they always get out of state trucks. They know its gonna be hard to be here on a certain day, and let's not talk about parking.

Wrong.
Q: What does the radar see?
A: OnGuards forward-looking monopulse
radar sensor can detect multiple moving
and fixed objects at distances up to 500
feet away. However, the algorithms are
most effective at locking in on relevant
objects at distances of 275 to 325 feet
a three-second following distance at
highway speed.

Best case scenario: 58 mph = 85.06 feet per second. 500/85= 5.88 seconds, still 16% less than the recommended following distance of 7 seconds for trucks.
You can't depend on technology to determine a "safe" following distance.
Thanks for having the stones to admit it. -
Thanks professor

58 mph is under the radar in California. That's what I set my cruise to and have passed chp shooting radar and nary a second glance.
-
I passed one doing 60, but that was coming off a hill
-
Hell I once passed one doing 68 out in the desert in my younger daring years and he didn't do anything.
-
hah! I would never
-
Right lane only except to pass. I know the sign. Doesn't say no trucks left lane. He passed in the left lane. Granted in the far left lane. No where on that sign does it say trucks can't pass in the far left lane. Just says you must TRAVEL in the right lane.
