Couldn't make it to Liberal would have been too close to my hours and no need to take a chance when I can pick up tomorrow. In Woodward, Ok in Wally world. Needed to supply the truck any way.

FYI, I have to in and out of the trailer like and old man cause of knee injuries. I try to do it on the dock if I can but it is part of the job. I do not think I could ever do flatbed cause I am not sure if I could get the 150lb tarp to the top of the load, due to shoulder injury. Wow I feel old but when I do at least I can look to Cranky and say "Well I am not that old". LOL

I maded it thru new jersey. I had 2 stops at these lil meat places. Backing in was a pain due to lack of room but was able to get a spoter at both places. Currently at the world's largest truck stop in iowa taking my break then heading to procter and gamble in the morning.

Dispatch called last night and asked if I wanted to pick up at 0600 in Ft Morgan for an 1800 mile 3 stop load. He barely said Bronx when I said NOPE. Hunts Point and Allentown were the other two. I don't think so. I'm in Grand Island and grabbing my load as soon as I come off my break. If I run it hard I can get to final 24 hours early and play the sweet and stupid and show cleavage game and see if I can get unloaded early.

 

Best provisions meat is a tough one for me cause you have to be jack-knifed in the door. The others I can handle but I learned to drive in NYC. And being from there I like to go there to visit family and friends but understand why most don't. I have my spots that I can park around the burroughs but if you do not know the area you usually have to wait in Nj and that stinks
