From the locations, I am going to guess he is pulling a reefer. Given the "trainer" issues I am going to say either CR England or Stevens. Of the two probably more likely Stevens, but its anyones guess

 

But then you would of been fired and lost your job. When the next company calls to check your reference they will say you were fired for gross misconduct for fighting with another employee. Is that worth it? If someone threatens to slap you at work report them, call the police and file charges against them for making threats against you. That will hurt them alot more than punching them back.

 

Would have been totally worth it. I can't help it if I was defending myself. Not so sure that I'd even be fired. I'd take my chances with "my word against his". Most importantly, I'd never go to work for a company that required teaming with a trainer. Call me racist but I'd definitely not get on a truck with an Indian. I hate the smell of nag champa.

Uhmmm no. You didn't get along with your first trainer that you met out on the road, why would they think you are going to get along with another blind match-up? ...I'm betting that they are trying to cut their losses. YOU walked out on a trainer and if you make a stink about taking the "Long Dog" back to the terminal they are going to cut you loose. At this point, they don't really want to deal with you much. Take the dog back to the terminal, meet with a new trainer at the HQ and decide what you what to do. Frankly, you should be happy they are willing to foot the bill back to the terminal and work with you. They could have just as easily given you a one-way ticket back to where you came from and washed their hands of you entirely. Grow up bub.
