In adding additionally to my last post, DO NOT DRIVE W/O THAT CARD! Get caught, you will have to pay a hefty fine.

There's another big red flag; you had to pay for the physical; $75.00 instead of the company paying for it. Get another physical somewhere else, not Concenta, and you will probably pass. Get the new card and a new job. You will probably be back at work in a few days. Don't forget to register the new card with the DMV; that's a new requirement. When the police check your drivers license on the road, they automatically know if your medical card is up to date.

Not only could you loose your CDL, but you could loose your personal drivers licence. You could also be brought up on criminal charges if you get an accident, regardless of fault. Driving without mediccal card is the same as driving without a CDL.

Do you still have days left on your current card? then you could still drive. Or did it old card expire already? Agree with everybody else, see another actual Dr. who will treat your pressure and is certified to do your phy. exam too. Good luck.

Whatever you do, do NOT continue driving. It is NOT worth losing your license, potentially going to PRISON for it.

If worse comes to worse, find another job on the loading docks, in a lumberyard, anywhere. You have a family to support. Whatever you do, do NOT drive until your blood pressure comes down to acceptable levels.

    Good luck to you.

Don't quit until you see if your company meets Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requirements. If they do, take time off under FMLA and get the blood pressure medicated. When you can pass, then go back to work and give your notice. That outfit is no good to you! Do not drive without your medical ticket.
