Hey Dinomite great post I'm ashamed that guy is from the same city as me. I think he likes to argue with anyone that will write back. I'm sure judging by his post that he has been fired many times from his minimum wage jobs. jumping from the top rope and putting the hurt on was awesome

 

That's kind of a funny story actually that I have never shared. Becky pulled me into the office after I refused to pickup a load I could not pickup legally. She told me that I had to follow all of JBS's UNWRITEN policies which included picking up and delivering if you could do it legal or not. I said to her, "how can I follow policies I am not aware of and that are not written down?" and told her if she wanted me to follow whatever policies, I needed them in writing. Of course, she refused and then said, "if you fail to follow these UNWRITEN policies, you will be terminated immediately." We went on and on about it and she told me to violate HOS multiple times as well as other things or be fired. I wasn't about to put up with this so, I called an attorney. What made the attorney laugh and want to go after them was, after I explained I hit the record button on the digital recorder on my iPhone and recorded the entire meeting. That's all B.S. and you know it. Any honest driver at JBS will tell you Becky would never permit HOS violations. I know for a fact all DM's and Managers at JBS are very aware that forcing or even suggesting a driver to violate HOS is grounds for immediate termination. You don't have a recording of Becky saying anything like that because it never happened.

 

when I work for JBS, Becky was my driver manager. not once did she imply or tell me to violate any hours of service or unwritten rules at JBS.

 

Its funny how some of these drivers that like to complain and say "my Attorney" I think they watch to many movies and think that's a cool saying. Ok I got to go contact my team of attorneys because there waiting by the phone for my call.
