    Well we got the trans droped this morning, after 4 hours of sitting the front of the trans was very warm, input shaft was very hot, flywheel was so hot you could barely hold it.

    The pilot bearing siezed to the input shaft, it got so hot it took out the rear main seal and filled the brand new clutch with oil.

    So... new rear main, new clutch, new throwout, new transmission, and we will be good to go. Basically everything we did a month ago.

    Looks like a real cluster coming right up for the next load...18 loads loading out tomorrow, then there is this.....
    Call the contact at the base, and get VM. Call another number, she knows nothing. After 3 more fone calls, get another number to call, and again leave a VM.
    He does call me back, and then states he will have to make some calls then get back with me.
    My impossible question? Where I need to go to get cleared to go onto base, and directions to said place.....
    Called the broker and they are going to see what they can figure out, as I told her I wont be leaving the truck stop until I know where I am going. 53' 3 axle doesn't need to be sightseeing in San Diego!

    Well then I may be talking to you about buying it from you. PM me the info on it all. I know your in Central IL so your probably only a couple hours from me. Straps I'm not to concerned about since they are not that bad price wise, its more the chains and binders.
