    Its a second chance company. Not everybody deserves a second chance but theres only one way to weed them out...hire them n hope for the best. I started with Western a few months ago and they have treated me great. Every issue ive had, theyve really worked to resolve. You will get out what you put into it. But they do heve a bad rep for a reason. Check your trailers. Others will "overlook" problems and leave it for the next guy. Good luck and be safe...

    Just out of curiosity, what does the average paycheck at a starter company like western look like? On the flatbed side. Before taxes are taken out.
