Driver raises may be coming....

I just said what my experience was ace. No crime in that.

 

I don't have a problem with it.

And all these gripes about the way Swift does things can be remedied very simply.
Find work elsewhere.

 

You are forgetting something, Swift needs us not the other way around don't be fooled. We can get stuff changed, best in class they say, prove it. I like to remind them of this when I get any bs.

 

I'm not forgetting anything.
Swift doesn't have to change anything, and we can't change the way they want to do things.
All we can do is work within the system to our own best advantage.

And Swift doesn't need me any more than I need Swift.
They can replace me even faster than I can replace them.

 

Actually Swift does have - or did - a 14/7 fleet. It was the Leper Colony - I mean Family fleet.

 

They aren't necessarily replacing you faster, they have simply started the replacement process before you did.

They may not know who is leaving yet, but they are already hiring the replacement.

 

Swift doesn't need you? Their stock price just tanked and they reported they lost money because they can't get enough drivers. And you say they don't need you and drivers don't have any bargaining power? ha. OK.

 

This is why trucking companies get away with bs, people who put up with it. Job hopping doesn't fix a thing either, lie down and let them roll over you.

 

Well it's official Swift announced the new pay package, miles, home time, and a whole bunch of new benefits today on the qualcomm. I don't know all the details yet.

 

I keep clicking refresh over and over hoping for more info.
