Lease Programs a truck at Schneider

I know Schneider has a percentage of the revenue program, but its important to know what they are getting for that load. 65% of $1.75 a mile is $1.13, so a little better, but really nothing to brag about.

 

65% is garbage. You can't make enough money off any load that pays under 1.80. If anyone works for less your a fool. And your only benefiting the COMPANY....hmmm imagine that

 

Try finding a company that pays 79%-84% of the haul. Don't take any less then that. Just my opionion and I've done the math and numbers on what a broker will pay for a load

 

There are company's out there that pay % you just gotta find em. Mine for example pays % I think prime does but it's only 65? I think.. Look at the smaller company's. How much exp do you have OTR?

 

There are a bunch of threads on here from drivers currently participating in Schneider lease programs at http://www.thetruckersreport.com/truckingindustryforum/schneider/. Most are with the choice program (percentage lease) but at least one is dong the mileage lease. Most got their trucks through Schneider but at least one of them brought their own truck to Schneider.
