docked pay for leaving

NationWide express is trying to keep 600.00 dollars for leaving and 125.00 for quitting under a load and 35.00 for cleaning of equipment. truck was clean and truck was returned to the terminal. ripoff. they have not seen a daily log sheet on me in months, elog did not work told the terminal manager, dispatch and the shop to no avail.

 

I have a set way for leaving trucking companies, always works, leaves me rehirable, get all my pay everytime.

Take a short term leave of absence for personal reasons. call them after your paid, and explain dur to personal reasons I will not be coming back.

I always give just as much notice as they would give you.
