I worked for a local company here in Utah, very small company called Live Floor Express that got me home every other night and every weekend.

I love getting home for my 10 usually happens for me about once a week. I don't tell my wife and just love seeing my 4 year old go nuts when he hears dadda pull into the driveway in his big truck. Nothing like making it home just in time to read your kid a bedtime story when he wasn't expecting you home for a few days

There's several companies with weekend home plans; depends on your location. Put location on your profile.

OK, do you still live in Arkansas?

    If so:

    Jordan Carriers
    McElroy
    Maverick
    Builders Transportation Co.
    TMC

Probably make the most money with Maverick flatbed or TMC.

Sharkey has weekends at home. Also paid benefits for the whole family. Think they require exp though.

:mwink:The trick is to get on board with a company where you're not that far from home, say 1000 mi. max. 750 works real good. Kinda' hard to get you there when you're running the east coast and you live in Ca. So you want regional or stay with-in about a 5 state area from your home. Plus, live near a lane your company runs.

Generally speaking you'll want to seek out "regional" type operations, flatbedders are typically good for weekend-home-most-weeks operations, such as TMC and Maverick, as mentioned earlier, but depending on where you live this may or may not be a practical want or even possible.
