Mrh2008 may I ask a question!?!
I know that this is probably not the right place but how hard is it to satisfactory pass the 3 tarps during orientation!?! -
It's not hard at all. I did orientation in sunnyvale, TX so I'm not sure how the other terminals do things. In texas, the three tarps are somewhere around 40, 60, and 80 pounds. The 40 pound tarp need to be lifted and put on top of your shoulder. The 60 pound tarp needs to be lifter and set on the counter, which is chest high, about the height of our trailer decks. The 80 pound tarp needs to be lifted waist high. That's all there is to it.

Ha Birmingham it was lift put down that was it. If ya short when outside and have to put on trailer that's different story. It's too easy.

There are a couple orientation threads around here with good info in them!

This run has tested me. 2100 miles 2 blowouts one on the sb and the other one on tractor. A total of eight hrs lost. And now I have to run off recap. I maybe able to get a 34 in this weeken after I drop off load tomorrow at 10a.m.

2.5 years OTR and I've NEVER had a blowout. Must be luck!

My trailer tires are looking shady but the petro told them I was good but still not trusting them. Oh anyone know what a fault that says see operators manual mean.

Jsprocket, does your truck have somewhere around 165k miles on it?
That came up on my truck at around 165k and it also happened to another driver I talk to that ran with melton. Also about 165k on his when it happened. Ours was a DEF sensor or something like that. DEF related, I know that much. Call the shop and they will send you to KW most likely. -
Been a very busy 2 weeks. From San Diego to Rome NY. DH to Buffalo to casper Wyoming. DH to rapid city SD to coal valley IL. Now picking up in Davenport IA headed to CA. Its gonna be almost 7500 miles in 16 days.
