They also said they were changing home time and something else. You can get the full statement from a terminal in letter fourm. But that would me going to a terminal and well who wants to do that?

I went to memphis and they didn't have any thing to hand out yet. I do know they have a new CSR macro 13 direct line to send message for any current dispatch load questions. You just enter *CSR for contact and it goes to the proper CSR for the load you are on.Lepton1 Thanks this. -
That could be bad theirs been a good many times I wanted to tell the csr off. But in a political correct fashion of course.

What's the change to home time please?
Thanks -
Dont know. Thats was in my message I got the other day. Gota wait tell they get the letter out. Plus its not like it will take effect right away.

I'm one year in at $0.32 per mile and my raise is $0.04 to $0.36 for long hauls. Didn't have time to get into more details today. The raise is effective for dispatches beginning tomorrow.

My DM told me I'm getting a 6 cpm raise from 28 cpm to 34 cpm. I've been driving for almost 5 months. She also asked me some questions about how I think things could be improved and if I felt like I was struggling in any areas of the job. It seems like swift is really trying to cater more to its drivers needs since we are in demand. I guess I picked the right time to start truckin

The Change to home time is (take this with a grain of salt). Is that the computer will route you closer to home when you are 7days out. Also the planners should be able to see the big red box around your truck number when the plan you. That alerts them that you need home like yesterday. But on the plus side I get .44cpm and top out pay is .46 but that's with 15 years.
capthook Thanks this. -
I was told i will be going to .36 but i could not get an answer to if that was my base or if that is the East coast rate and West will still be .02 less. Also I am lead to believe there was a change to the sliding pay scale based on mileage, can anyone confirm that as the page on their website currently shows the previous rates still?
-
Yea the sliding pay scale changed instead of the old 300 and below. It now starts at 499 and below get more pay in increments of 100. So 499 to 400 is like .55cpm 399 to 300 is .60 those cpm are not right but close dm told me. But I was not pay attention lol.
