Awwww poor you, you have to sleep on that nice comfy mattress you bought? LOL

 

We were supposed to disassemble a couple 350 ton cranes this week, but the power plant decided they wanted to keep the one they had for another week and the brand new one is at the factory and for some reason they cant get the boom down . So, I also spent this week hauling concrete panels. Nice 200 mile round trip to the airport in Madison. Ranged from 3'x4' sidewalk pavers to 3'x3'x30' beams to 12' wide 64,000 pound double T's for parking structure floor. Go back to my a regular job tomorrow hauling a couple Broderson's with the Landoll trailer.

 

Made it to Ault, Co.
Was really planning on stopping at Brush, but somebody said they get sad seeing all the cattle there and know they are getting sold and going to the "factory" as she calls it.
I was really looking forward to a good chicken fried steak and baked pototoe for supper. But no ...............

Ron, I hope to be there around lunch time. I still have to call the site and see which way to go.
Hopefully we will see you there,before we turn and burn back to OKC.. Going to be a long wkend..

Yea, the D.H. does bite, but the next ld. I'm getting will more than make up for it. Also believe this might start to turn into a couple of round robin deals so to speak.

Oh the young guy who lded. Tues late with the small sleeper trk..
Well I saw his ld. dropped at the Co. reat area just before Burlington. Trk. parked next to the trl.
So I ask the office if they have heard from him at all. Nope was their reply.
So they call him and ask if everything is ok..
Seems he got real pissy with them, was pissed that some guy drops a dime.. All I did was ask if they had heard from him.
Well it seems his trk. has issues and they are repowering it, but did not want the company to know...

Yeah I saw him on the rest area and wondered the same thing.

I would leave right at sunrise but will get caught up in morning curfew. Sucks to be an hour and a half from home but ran out of sunlight.

I figure I will be up there like 3 or so

 

And the wife has to work in the morning, so no road trip to the "Star Car" motel. that bites.
I kinda have to wait a bit in the morning to make times match... And no coffee shop near by..
Oh and only 5 smokes total today...
