I have become a big fan of US and state routes here as of late.:yes2557:

I mean the little towns you go through on some of them slow ya down a bit , but what ever most are pretty easy passing through..

I approve of US24, one of the best roads I've driven so far hands down. My Rand McNally GPS has NO idea of it, thinks I'm off roading :biggrin_2559:

Take the loop around Toledo and your good.

24 is an excellent road until they hang up the 69 signs here in the next year probably.

It ruined the parkways in ky for me :-/ used to be just me on those things now ppls gps take ya out that way.

My dry van fits under the 13'6 bridge by like a foot so don't freak out about it if you take the dumb wst thru ;D.

Great concrete, smooth, almost no traffic when I've taken it.

Only drawback was our GPS system didn't recognize it, I only wish my "dumb phone" video was working at the time. It was tracking us out in the middle of nowhere and every time we came to a rural road running under an overpass it would start trying to route us down country roads to the north, west, or the south. Nonstop chatter. It was hilarious. I thought the poor lady was going to explode.

Keep an eye out for a Green Volvo, I'm on 24 at least every couple weeks. It's a good road, but unless you're a big fan of corn or beans, there's not much scenery.
