You might try McJunkin-Redman or some of the other industrial pipe & valve distributors.
Good luck ! If you can't locate one, I have a CNC plasma table in my fabricating shop & these aren't difficult at all to make - just need to know the LxW of the hole.
Does anyone know where to get this wrench?

Thanks! I might take you up on that. As luck would have it I passed a McJunkin location earlier today and was thinking what a funny name. Didn't know what they sold. Big building off of I20 in Midland.

It's a modified valve handle. We carry a few in each truck in the event the site we are pulling from doesn't have handles (quite common hereabouts, at least on Chesapeake pads). I carry a large adjustable wrench in case of an odd size though.

Better than screwing up the camlock half of your 4/3 with pipewrench teeth...

Draw one up, send it over to Will and get him to fab 10 or so on first order.....start selling tools . Make your cash that way.....
Just sayin.....
