Check with Con-Way Truckload. Refresher probably required, but tuition assistance is available. Definitely hire in your area. You work on finding your own team mate, but there are bulletin boards in all terminals, you may meet a team mate in school or in orientation.

Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds

That's the reason I suggested going to school because his CDL may have already been downgraded to Class-C if he hasn't had a physical and registered it with the DMV. Trucking isn't what it was 10 yrs. ago, so lots of learning to catch up with.
CDL & DOT card must be registered together on the national database. Just the new logging HOS rules is a headache with the mandatory naps each day, etc. -
My license still says class A with tanker endorsement
-
When is the last time you renewed it?
Is your DOT medical card up to date? -
Have to get a medical card but renewd my license last yr I hqve been keeping it active just incase I needed it
-
OK, registering the medical card with the CDL just started this year. As soon as you get the DOT card, take it to the DMV and register it.
-
Have you kept an active medical card for the ten years you've had your CDL?
-
Nope I have not for last time I had one was about 6 yrs ago
-
Smoke eater you might check with Tyson and see if they can match you up with someone to run team. Also check and see what you would have to do to get hired. You would probably have to go to school then out with a trainer good company good pay and benefits and consistent freight
