    Hellos to SpeedieMac & PaTom,
I have been reading the past 7 pages and I am scheduled to start orientation on 5 May 2014. I am to start on a dedicated route SLC to western states, I think for Polaris. Can you tell me if this route is worth the effort? I have not left the company I am currently with but its not one I would refer anyone but my enemies.

    Thanx in advance.

Hello so sorry for the delay in answering but I've been extremely busy and wouldn't have been any help anyway since I only went as far west as Omaha overall it wasn't a bad co. To work for but I've NEVER work for a Co that made me jump thru Hoopes for what they owed me and refuse to. They recently said I could come back if I wanted but they had me and screwed me I'll be danmed if I'll let em do it again. I'm making roughly the same money and home every night and never once have had any problems with my check. Good luck hope it all works out for you be safe. Tom. If you run into big James from Waco who's on the Polaris board tell him I said call me sometime thanks

For about 3 years after Koch screwed me over I asked every Koch driver that I met on the road how long they had been at the company. I NEVER found anyone who had been there longer than a year. I lost interest in Koch, but I'll keep letting anyone know just how much working for Koch trucking is not good for your future in trucking. They will stay in business for decades most likely, but not if I have anything to say about it, and maybe one day I'll have the pleasure of seeing all of their employees go bankrupt and be forced to find work elsewhere. Almost like what they try to do to half of the drivers who work there.

I've been here almost 2 yrs...and I personally know 3 different drivers who have been here over 10 yrs...so everyone's experience is different...drivers need too take some responsibility for there own actions instead of constantly blaming a company!

HA! I can't go into detail about my experience there without a lawyer involved. Seriously, but I'm a multi-million mile safe driver and a company owner now. If they had their way with me, I'd be in prison right now and not because of anything that I'd even done. Loads were delivered, no tickets, but corrupt load planners and liars ran the place. And I wasn't the only one. I will go through my life telling everyone about that company and I'll put my life record up against ANYONE at Koch trucking in court and out. I wouldn't trust them. I wouldn't work there and I'd advise anyone else to steer clear of the place. That's my opinion. And most likely unless the CEO of that craphole got down on his knees and begged me for forgiveness, I might still say no. If you work there and you've had a good experience, then you are one of the extreme minority. I'd advise anyone reading this to do what I've done. Start talking to the Koch drivers you meet. They haven't been there more than a year. Go see for yourself. Why people keep working there is beyond me. Koch has to keep someone happy otherwise they wouldn't be in business. Maybe soon when the drivers are harder to come by, they will go belly up after they screw some more drivers over. That would be unfortunate for the poor people working there who are trying to support their families as I was, but hey! It's not like there wasn't a forum out there warning them beforehand. Run, don't walk away from Koch trucking. That's my opinion anyway.

I'd say there are more than a few drivers here happy...and really a lawyer 2 explain YOUR problems with the company lol ok then...they must be doing something right cause they are a multi millionaire business. ...and EVERYTHING trucking company has issues. ....just know a majority of the time drivers only give one side....I don't wish anything bad on anyone regardless karma is a ##### good luck with that Mr CEO

Speediemac91, according to your profile you've got 3 years under your belt and all due respect, but your pic looks like I've been out here driving longer than you've been alive. I'm pointing this out because I want to tell you as I would anyone that I meet in trucking, that I've been there and done that. I've known the people who have run that company you are at. I've known the people that they hire and what their qualifications are. Just be careful. Good luck to you.
