I recommend you start your day early when under a load. Get rolling by 5 am, then you can shut down by 5 pm. If you drive at night or late, lots of businesses close at 5 pm, right ? Like your dispatcher/shop/a tire guy if needed etc. Yeah, I know there's a night shift, but usually they're not as on top of things like the day shift is. Usually it's just one person doing everything.

Getting started early is the best... for one, if you start late.. it will be a headache to find a good parking space.... you will also run I to a long wait for the shower... but, if you start early and get ahead of the rush it will be much less stress....

Thanks for peeing out out your passenger door, I have to pull forward to get out of my truck.
I'm late every now and then, you know, logging legal and getting held up at a shipper or in traffic. Or getting dispatched on a load that picks up before I'm empty.
