Unloaded in biggs junction OR at 0600 and came up here to yakima WA got here with 34 min left on 70. I'll be running nights until friday. Yay... can you hear the sarcasm?

You'd be smart to hope that you don't get a load out of Quantex in Yakima, WA. The product is just like the stuff they ship at Western extrusion except it's plastic. It's not fun. Pain in the butt to tarp.

 

I still haven't been to B-ham terminal. Picked up in the B-ham area 3 or 4 times but never stopped in.

 

Pretty much a parking lot with a building and a shed that them use to clean up trucks. Inside is nice tho but don't expect to find any bungee or stuff like that.

Long Lake, MN. Drive 200 miles in the morning to WI to pick up used paper making machinery going to Laredo for a Sat delivery. Notes on the load say need 10 chains and binders along with 10 straps along with 8 4X4. Sounds interesting.

 

Been getting good miles since I talked to dm. But the funny part is that she hasn't been to work in a few days. Bad luck hit me today lil fridge went out last night and it was on my bottom bunk cause I did put it back on floor after restocking it after a wal mart stop. My mattress is done and my food no good. I haven't been in the fridge all day. Running on recap hrs so it's been rush rush all day. The good for the day is that I passed the lvl 3 dot. I'm at the Petro on 70 I think it's called oak something. I'll drop this one off my back at 10am about 1 hr or early if all goes well.

 

It does but I've learned not to trust pre plan. Had many loads saying need this or that and show up to not needing them. I got one once that said air conditioning units, I picked up a boat.

sleeping at cons tonight, no close truck stops but they have o/n parking. middle of forest pretty much salyersville ky. this load was so heavy comin up here. scale ticket was at 78k. had to go up some hills in 7th gear. too slow for me hah

havent been to bham terminal yet but ive been to area twice. didnt know they had wash available needed clothes so i just washed at flying j.

wonder what ill pick up tomorrow and will it deliver friday or be long enough to go through weekend? guess we will see

do we get extra pay for level 3s? i had one when i came off hometime in kansas, no violations. but didnt get pay, thought i heard it was 25$ but then i thought maybe only level 1 and 2??

 

Hello everyone. Been reading through the thread here and seems for the most part everyone is fairly happy and satisfied with melton. I just recently upgraded from my class b to class a. From all the applications I have put out melton has been the only one to actually pick up a phone and call me with a response. Had recruiter call me yesterday but was unable to answer at the time and got voicemail when I did call back. Will try again today to get in touch. Talked to someone about 3 weeks ago and said would be out about 3-4 weeks by living in florida. Just asking if anyone can confirm or deny this? Was looking at another company that would get me home on weekends but I had to keep calling them and every time I called I got same response I need to check with so and so or I'm waiting on so and so. Me or so and so will call you back bit never called back so I'm to the point " s$&!w them" and moving on. Anything else anyone would like to add please feel free. More info better. Was not looking for otr but I hear sometimes you gotta put on the time doing something you don't want to get something you do want.
