Sorry about your mom, Cranky Yankee. Glad she is out of the hospital. That is sad how you weren't notified if her condition. Hope she gets along well. My mom also has congestive heart failure. It isn't anything to play around with.
I agree with you, HTQ's mom wouldn't necessarily be "company, " but she referenced her visit, along with stepdad as company. Good point.

 

You're right. Early on, I spent some time thinking about that but I have been beat into submission. I know they need the forms in order to keep things moving on their end so I send in a 099 clarifying if there is some problem to make on-time deliver, then send the 001. We all march to the beat of the automated drum.

 

Just called them company because we spend most of our time running and doing things that are out of the ordinary for us. My mother LOVES to shop! And you have to remember we are talking about the Queen Mother here ....if my fingernail polish has a chip it will be mentioned. Number One daughter dyed her hair purple just for the occasion! The Queen Mother was not amused!


I will keep your mom and dad in my prayers Pete. I know it has been a stressful time with your dad ill also. You all have a high stress job that requires your full attention .....many times the people that care about you will wait to say something until they have good news. Maybe they waited to tell you until your mom was out of the hospital and doing better out of consideration for your job.
