I go next week to Schneider for orientation in Indianapolis. I have found out they use the EYE chart with all E's on it. I am a little concerned about my eyesight test I wear glasses and don't read eye charts to well and Im just wondering if anyone can give me a heads up if you have been to orientation there. now im not saying I cant see when I drive but my eyesight is probably like 20/40 or so but I dont want to fail this test because ill get sent home. Basically if you dont see the chart 20/20 is that ok to get through. Ive been going nuts all week testing myself on printable eye charts lol. Inside info would help here. Thanks

Just read the last line of your post... maybe I need a chart for myself!
You got this in the bag! -
Don't sweat it. You know if you see well enough to drive or not. If you do, you will pass the test. You don't need to have 20/20, but I'm not sure what you actually do need to pass it. And if you can pass it WITHOUT your glasses on, you would be better off to do so. However, if you need your glasses to pass the test, then use them. Won't be a problem.

Is that like putting "c" as the answer and scoring 65% on the test, as in high school? It worked for a few questionable souls that I knew to skate by.

The minimum visual acuity must be 20/40 in both eyes , with or without glasses. If you wear your eyeglasses to take the visual exam , then you'll have a restriction on your CDL that reads qualified with corrective lenses only...
