Yeah , I guess your right . But hell you dont know any history of me . So here goes .
Learned how to drive from my grandfather that was a teamster for years. Hahahaha oh he probably wasnt a good trainer either was he ?
People look at the left side and see what profile says and srart talikng #### . Love it !!!!!!!
I guarantee i have pulled more with a triaxle and a utility trailer then you have with a tractor trailer... -
Deteriorating, or developing? Speaking of going downhill fast, have they straightened the road there? If I remember correctly there's a 25 mph curve just west of the rest area as you cross the river. I can remember thinking how the side of the mountain might look if your brakes were to fail right about then. And, if you made it you could really impress some truck drivers when you sailed past the truck stop at the bottom of the 'little hill'. Probably look like a fighter jet.

Yup. You showed up. Has a tendency to do that when you show up.
-
Yup............

i don't consider it a mountain. i consider it a hill.
donner is a mountain, parleys is a mountain, vail is a mountain. cabbage is just a 1000 foot drop.
but as for the proper way. wouldn't the proper way be to go down safely and in control. WITHOUT taking a pic of your dash??????striker and truck_dwival Thank this. -
is that without or without pics?
oops. i think the jakes are smoking. -
So, what about the 25mph curve by the river? Has that changed? Just wondering, it's been a few days since I was there.
-
I think you're thinking of a different mountain. There is no 25 mph zone on Cabbage. It's 55 mph all the way down, I believe for cars and trucks.
-
Thanks, actually a different time. It's been a long time since I was there. I looked at some videos and it looks totally different. Big super highway now but, I would still respect it especially in winter.
