Im not about to jump ship because TMC didn't help me out much with something I screwed up. Yes it would have been nice if they let me drive, OR told me about it b4 it expired. But, both are my responsibility. They were nice enough to have another driver get me to the train station.
The trailer was the biggest ishue, but unless I take the TMC sticker off the truck im under their authority and not driving a personal vehicle.

Sheesh, drivng with an expired license is illegal, period. Doesn't matter the name on the door, if you are involved in a no fault accident, you are fresh meat to the bottom feeding lawyers if your ducks aren't in a row.
Makes me even more nervous reading this, being on the road with some of the clowns out there these days...not4hire, passingthru69 and Battle Born Thank this. -
Little confused here drivers, Richter posted for help for a problem that i guess could happen to anyone.
I dont know what he posted on other threads, but it cant be as bad as some of the other crazy stuff i have read on this forum.
It seems like a legitimate problem that could arise and that someone might need help with.
At least point me to the thread that makes you disregard what he posted in this situation.
"Dont leave me hanging"!Richter Thanks this. -
LOL OK i see where if you start talking about things like that it could get debatable.
