Note - files from POI Factory are not under RM control. Any issues with the Custom POI has to be directed back to POI Factory.
Thanks,

Mark Kling Thanks this.

Might want to be aware also that Pilot and Flying J's are adding those Natural Gas service plazas within the truck-stop grounds. That has taken away from the parking as well.

Thanks,

Hey Mark,
I40 in Oklahoma City, exit 140. When you are leaving the flying j to go west, it tells you to take the enter the interstate on the right using one of the loop back on ramps. I think it used to be like that, but now it's a normal left turn. -
Have you called RM Tech Support? What are the issues you are having? What did they say?
-
You have gone through THREE 720s? In what time frame, a year, two, three? The devices come with a 12 month warranty from Rand. Did you call them and have them exchange it out under the warranty?

This is the email I got when telling Rand Tech Support of this issue on my device - This issue will occur when there is a lack of power going to the device. The device needs to be plugged directly into the vehicle using the Rand McNally vehicle charger. If you are using a splitter please remove that and plug the device directly into the vehicle and press the rest button on the back of the device. The device will power on and function normally.
They also said - If you are still having an issue after plugging it directly into the vehicle, then if possible plug it into another vehicle and press reset. Also try using a wall charger. Plug the device into the wall and press the reset button. 99% of these issues are related to lack of power to the device. -
Set up with Tunnels Avoid, HAZMAT corrosive. It gave me a route but then said something about a Hazmat Permit may be required. What does that mean? Does that mean there may be a tunnel on my route anyway? Or that I will have to transverse through a restricted area?
